Starbucks is refreshing its menu for spring 2025 with a new lineup of seasonal beverages and a spicy food addition. The spring menu, launching on March 4, 2025, arrives just as the company removes 13 less popular items.
New and Returning Spring Beverages
Leading the lineup is Starbucks’ first-ever spring chai drink, the Iced Cherry Chai, which combines the warm spices of a classic chai latte with cherry cream cold foam and a crunchy topping for added texture and flavor.
Also making a return are fan-favorite lavender drinks, offering a mix of floral and creamy flavors:
Full Starbucks Spring 2025 Drink Menu:
• Iced Cherry Chai – A chai latte with cherry cream cold foam and a crunchy topping.
• Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha – Matcha and oatmilk over ice, topped with lavender cream cold foam.
• Iced Lavender Latte – Blonde Espresso, oatmilk, and ice, blended with sweet and floral lavender notes.
• Lavender Crème Frappuccino Blended Beverage – A creamy blend of lavender, vanilla syrup, milk, and ice, topped with whipped cream.
Customers can further customize their drinks with two spring-themed cold foams:
• Cherry Cream Cold Foam
• Lavender Cream Cold Foam
All seasonal beverages and cold foams will be available for a limited time at participating locations.
New Food Item: Jalapeño Chicken Pocket
In addition to its spring drinks, Starbucks is adding a spicy, savory option to its permanent menu. The Jalapeño Chicken Pocket features diced chicken, charred poblanos, green jalapeños, three-chile-pepper cheese, and jalapeño cream cheese, all wrapped in a toasted chile lavash flatbread.
